This was my main project back when I was 12-14. I had 3 seasons planned and it was going to be this big series thing but I lost motivation to continue working on it as I did all the general writing before I made the first episode and by the time I was at the 4th one, I saw how flawed the writing was but was at a stage where I would have to re-write and re-make all the earlier episodes to match. My interests in writing were shifting at this time and I was essentially making the episodes of a story I wrote a year previously which wasn't how I wanted to make things in that current moment. I wanted to make it more darker, edgier with swears, violence, death and just general heavier themes but I kept telling myself to "don't do that, don't do that" and it reached a point where I wasn't proud of it anymore as I was just making some watered down, plot hole filled, mediocre animation. I dropped it to focus on my other idea at the time which was roboska and I do not regret just telling myself "make it as edgy as you want" as I felt much happier with the plot lines I was coming up with as I knew I could go into darker themes as I told myeslf that was a horror thing while I kept trying to make this primarily a comedy, which would've worked when I was 12, but not so much when I was 14.
Project-FT2 was simply a project that couldn't evolve quick enough to catch up to me aging.
The artstyle keeps changing in the animation (hell, in the 4th episode, the animation style changes halfway) because I was at a point where my artstyle would change left right and centre so longer projects at the time would look inconsistent with each other and it was very annoying.
I put more details about it when I officially cancelled it back in 2022 on it's old website: https://project-ft2.carrd.co/
